Larry Hawk is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with over 40 years of management and leadership experience.  He specializes in commercial banking, asset based lending, and financial restructuring services for B2B companies across various sectors, including service industries, wholesale distribution, construction, transportation, and manufacturing.

He has led such assignments for privately-owned, early-stage companies, and middle-market companies.  These engagements involve services including working capital management, debt capacity, business plan analysis & development, performance improvement, plan feasibility, debt financing, cash flow modeling, and break-even analysis.
